The Swanson's Norwegian Star Cruise

Checkin at Honolulu -- June 1, 2003

This unflattering view provides just an idea of the seeming chaos during check in for the "Norwegian Star". Everyone admits that this is the most stressful part of the voyage. Some fellow cruisers said they hated debarkation, but we have to admit that getting off a week later was MUCH EASIER.

The "thumbnails" following this narrative show some images of the Star checkin at Honolulu. They may be "enlarged" by clicking on them with your mouse pointer. Enjoy, or NOT!

Looks Like Your Favorite(?) Airport Counter Line

"The Next Agent Will Assist You"
[The checkin personnel were very efficient, especially since we had no cruise documents at all]

Ahhhhh, Checkin is Over!
